Living forms become art while at the same time rewarding the keen observer with intriguing details that challenge the mind. Photographed in a close-up style, Horenstein’s photographs are sometimes abstract and romantic, other times intense, and always intimate and provocative. Printed in rich sepia, Horenstein’s haunting images of creatures from both land and sea invite us to look closer and examine details we might never have noticed before.
